Great location near the town center, old port , and the beach. The place is kept fairly clean, the staff is friendly, and it was a decent stay. 😊

Great wifi
They give you a kitchenette but it is very hard to cook much there, and there is nothing to clean with, no detergent, no scrubbing brush, no tea towel to dry your dishes with.

The studio suite is spacious with comfortable beds, and it's convenient to have a fridge, electric kettle, and air conditioner.

The Sea View, the price, the air conditioning, shower hot and full, the bar downstairs was great, friendly, and nice and cool, the free WIFI and it was close to where I needed to be for my meetings.
Traffic noise from the road, noise from the adjoining room, TV antiquated with only 5 channels, remote did not work properly, only one thin sheet over the mattress, the shower in the bath was dark and musty with an unstable surface under foot. Reminded me of an old fashioned seedy American Motel I had to stay in in the past. Breakfast was very poor. A sachet of Nescafe in a cup for morning coffee in the bar is unacceptable in the 21st century! There was no choice offered beyond being asked for tea or coffee, the rest a lukewarm boiled egg, two slices of toast (OK) some cheap processed ham, a bit of cheese, tomato and cucumber, just arrived. You had to pay 3.50 or 4.00 euros for a proper coffee from the machine, which is a rip off for guests.

Next to a very noisy road !! The kitchen which was between the bedroom and the bathroom did not have curtains. The hotel did not have wireless internet nor hairdrier even though they were part of the price.

This hotel is in a great location, right in front of the beach and just a short walk from the old town. the rooms are bright and have a nice view of the ocean, with a balcony to enjoy the scenery. the staff are friendly and the service is good. There is also a restaurant with a variety of tasty dishes and beverages.
The bathroom could use some renovation, as mentioned in other reviews.

Location right by different restaurants, and beach, restaurants, bus service and shops. Fantastic and perfect rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle, refrigerators and kitchenware;))
Just terrible staff!

The location was absolutely perfect, right on the Limassol Promenade with stunning views of the coast. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing me with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast on my balcony overlooking the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and excellent value.

Good location for wine festival and short walk to port and old town
Tired old and a bit grubby in the corners. Mattresses were new but bed sheets though clean were old and bobbly. Had a big problem with cockroaches in the room on the first night, we were given a new room but it was lacking the paid for sea view ,and there was no apology or refund offered. Disappointed but we booked too late to get anywhere better.

The position of the hotel for us was excellent. We were visiting Limassol to go to the Wine Festival and it was less than a 5 minute walk away. Also the bar attached to the hotel was very good. Our room overlooked the sea and the beach was just across the road. Overall good value for money.

As foreign tourists, we really enjoyed the spacious one-bedroom apartment with stunning sea and town views. Despite being a little dated, the apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, and the 24-hour reception provided added convenience. the onsite car parking was a great feature, which is not always available in other places along the beach promenade. the restaurant downstairs offered a variety of meal options and had a lovely ambience. the location by the sea was superb, and there were plenty of convenience stores and coffee shops nearby.
Felt like in a fairy, no complaints whatsoever.
